Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlideList ("GlideList", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of glidelist.com and any related pages, content, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing listings, submitting an application, submitting a report, or contacting us — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Platform after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

The Platform contains adult-oriented content and is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to view adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction.

Access to the Platform is not offered where it would be illegal to do so. We make no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available in every location, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform would be unlawful.

GlideList is a listing and advertising platform. It is critical that you understand what the Platform is — and what it is not — before using it.

• GlideList is not a service provider. We do not provide, perform, arrange, facilitate, or broker any massage, bodywork, or wellness services of any kind.
• GlideList is not a booking service. We do not process, manage, or intermediate bookings, appointments, payments, or reservations. Any arrangement you make is made directly and solely with a listed business.
• GlideList is not an employer, agent, or partner of any listed business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any business that appears on the Platform.
• Listings come from two sources: profiles curated by our team from publicly available information, and paid advertisements submitted by businesses themselves. Paid advertisements are marked with a Featured badge.
• The appearance of a listing on the Platform is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any business, its staff, or its services.

Because curated profiles are assembled from publicly available information, details on those profiles may become outdated or may not fully describe a business at any given time. You should independently verify every material detail — including licensing, location, pricing, and services — directly with the establishment before visiting or making any arrangement.

The following terms apply to any business or individual that submits an application or maintains a listing on the Platform (an "Advertiser"). By submitting an application through the Advertise page, you accept these Advertiser Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent, and you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Fees and billing

A Basic Listing costs $99 CAD annually and a Featured Listing costs $149 CAD annually, as displayed on the Advertise page at the time of your application. Fees are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published, because the value of the service — visibility — begins immediately upon publication.

Application, moderation, and rejection

Every application is reviewed by a person against our listing guidelines before it is published. We may approve an application, return it for clarification, or reject it, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. Submission of an application and payment do not create any entitlement to publication. The most common reasons for rejection are incomplete information, claims we cannot plausibly stand behind, or content that conflicts with the listing guidelines. A rejected advertiser may correct and resubmit an application at any time.

Accuracy and responsibility for content

As an Advertiser, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of all content you submit, including your business name, description, services, prices, hours, locations, and photos. You warrant that all submitted content is truthful, that you own or have the right to use all photos and materials you submit, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must keep your listing current and must promptly update it if any detail changes. Edits to live listings re-enter moderation before they display.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend, restrict, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, if we receive a report about it, if we believe it violates these Terms or the listing guidelines, if we cannot verify its accuracy, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Suspension during a report review is a normal part of moderation and does not create any liability for us. Continued violations may result in permanent removal and a bar on future applications.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any level of traffic, inquiries, or business as a result of a listing. Paid placement affects prominence, not outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to any Advertiser in connection with a listing shall not exceed the annual listing fee paid for the current term.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or if accessing it is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Submit false, misleading, fabricated, or impersonated content, including fake listings, fake reports, or content about a business you do not represent or have permission to represent.
• Submit photos, text, or other material you do not own or have the right to use, or that depicts any person who has not consented to its use.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, resell, or systematically extract listings, contact details, or other Platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform, including through automated abuse, load testing, vulnerability probing, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, threaten, or exploit any person, or to promote any illegal activity.
• Circumvent moderation, bans, or rate limits, including by creating variant submissions after a rejection or removal.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, to remove violating content, and to block access by any user, network, or jurisdiction, at our sole discretion and with or without notice.

The Platform is a moderated directory. Moderation is a human process: submissions and edits are read and checked for completeness, plausibility, and compliance with the listing guidelines before they appear. We aim to review submissions on a rolling basis, typically within a few business days, but we do not guarantee review times.

Visitors can report any listing through the Report a Listing form. Reports go directly to the moderation team, and a listing may be suspended while a report is under review. We may contact the reporter for additional information where appropriate. We do not guarantee any particular outcome of a report, but every report is read.

We also use automated tools to assist our team — for example, to help organize submitted information or identify photos. Automated output is always reviewed by a person before it affects a live listing, and final moderation decisions are human decisions.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation of all content, is owned by GlideList or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of Platform content — including bulk copying of listings — requires our prior written consent.

The GlideList name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GlideList. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our marks without our prior written permission. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us through the Contact page with sufficient detail to identify the material, and we will investigate and remove infringing material where a claim is substantiated.

Listings may contain links to third-party websites, and the Platform may display content supplied by third parties, such as advertiser photos. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party website or content. When you leave the Platform or interact with a third-party website, you are subject to that party's terms and policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy and terms of any third-party website before providing it with any information.

Listing contact details, websites, and social links are provided for visitor convenience. We do not verify the ongoing accuracy or safety of third-party destinations, and we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party website or content.

The Platform and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: (a) any listing information is accurate, complete, or current; (b) the Platform will be available without interruption or error; (c) the Platform will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Platform will meet your requirements. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You acknowledge that interactions, transactions, and arrangements between you and any listed business are solely between you and that business, and that GlideList is not a party to them. GlideList disclaims all liability for any experiences, transactions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Platform or contact with any listed business. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own research, verify credentials and licensing, and exercise sound judgement before engaging with any establishment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GlideList, its operators, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the annual listing fee you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlideList and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) content you submit, including any claim that your content is inaccurate, unlawful, or infringes the rights of any third party; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your interactions or transactions with any listed business. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, or any feature of it, at any time and for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, the licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms end immediately, but the provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Advertisers with live listings may request removal of their listing by contacting us; removal ends future visibility but, unless required by law, does not create a refund entitlement for the current term.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Platform are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Before pursuing formal action, we encourage you to contact us through the Contact page so we can try to resolve the issue directly — most problems can be solved quickly by a conversation. Any formal legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Province of Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any guidelines referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlideList regarding the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects its intent.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time.
• Language: The parties confirm their express wish that these Terms be drawn up in English. (Les parties confirment leur volonté expresse que les présentes conditions soient rédigées en langue anglaise.)
